WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE EVENT?
Please bring your printed or mobile ticket and a valid, government issued photo ID. Attendees who do not have their ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event and will not be refunded. Attendees must be 21+
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Please visit our TICKETS page to purchase tickets or stop by Crown Brewing and purchase a ticket from a bartender.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE EVENT?
Tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may transfer their tickets to anyone who is 21+. Simply print out the ticket and hand it to the person of your choice, or email it to them!
WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER?
Crown Beer Fest is a rain or shine event. However, in extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.
I DON'T DRINK. CAN I STILL ATTEND?
Yes, of course! We always provide water, and offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options. Food will be available to purchase.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Crown Beer Fest is strictly a 21+ event!
IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?
No. Some food vendors may not accept credit cards so make sure to bring cash with you.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.
CAN I RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
Crown Beer Fest has a no re-entry policy.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking may be allowed only in designated smoking areas.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES INTO THE FESTIVAL?
No outside food or beverages are permitted. You must dispose of it prior to entrance. Pretzel Necklaces are the only exception to this rule.
CAN I BUY BEER AT THE EVENT OR BRING EMPTY OR FULL BOTTLES HOME WITH ME?
Absolutely no beer can be removed from the festival site, nor is it available for purchase.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
Crown Beer Fest is focused on providing a fun environment for guests to experience new foods and beers. All guests are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe means of transportation to and from the event.
Any guest who is intoxicated or disruptive before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry. Any guest found intoxicated during the event or causing a disturbance, as determined by event security, will be asked to leave the facility without a refund and may be subject to further consequences.

All bags, purses and containers will be subject to search prior to entry.

· Animals (except for service animals)
· Bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8"
· Banners or signs
· Beverages & containers
· Cameras with lenses larger than 3 inches
· Clothing deemed obscene or indecent
· Coolers of any kind
· Costume masks
· Fireworks
· Folding chairs
· Food
· Inflatables (i.e. beach balls, basketballs, balloons)
· Illegal drugs
· Laser pointers
· Luggage
· Noise makers (whistles, horns, bells, etc.)
· Poles or sticks of any kind (i.e. flagpoles, broom handles, nets)
· Skateboards, roller skates, roller shoes, bicycles, wagons for children
· Tripods, bipods or monopods
· Weapons
Crown Beer Fest event security reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous, inappropriate, offensive or suspicious.
